A practitioner shaped by enterprise reality

Facilitation grounded in leadership, transformation and execution.

Ravi brings more than three decades of experience across banking, technology, transformation and enterprise leadership. Before founding Innovation Spark Asia, he served as a Business Head at RBS/NatWest, leading large teams and complex business and technology portfolios.

Today, he designs and facilitates applied innovation programmes for enterprise and GCC leaders, cross-functional teams, innovation cohorts and transformation functions. The work starts with real business priorities—not classroom simulations—and helps teams move from assumptions to evidence, from ideas to decisions and from workshops to measurable progress.

What Ravi helps teams do

Make progress on the right problem.

01

Frame the challenge

Separate symptoms from causes and create shared clarity about the problem, people and desired outcome.

02

Align diverse perspectives

Bring leaders and cross-functional teams into a structured conversation grounded in evidence and stakeholder needs.

03

Create and test options

Move beyond familiar answers by developing, prioritising and validating solution concepts before significant investment.

04

Build lasting capability

Equip participants with practical methods, coaching and playbooks they can apply beyond a single engagement.

Facilitator · Coach · Programme architect

The role changes with the work.

Some priorities need a focused facilitated workshop. Others need an applied capability journey, coaching between sessions or support as an initiative moves towards leadership decisions. Each engagement is designed around the organisation’s context and intended outcome.

Facilitation: Structured sessions that create shared clarity, participation and focused decisions.
Coaching: Guidance that helps teams apply the methods to live work and strengthen their thinking.
Capability building: Practical journeys that combine learning, application, evidence and reusable ways of working.

Experience & foundations

Credibility beyond the workshop room.
