Ravi Kant
Founder and CEO
Ravi is a qualified design thinking and innovation expert, having received his specialisation from the University of Virginia, as well as futures thinking from the Institute for the Future, USA. He is also the CEO of Innovation Spark Asia, a boutique strategy consulting firm. Ravi uses design thinking as a primary tool to guide organizational leadership towards strategic problem-solving and to develop mindsets of customer empathy, innovation culture, and improved propositions in his engagements.
He has over 30 years of experience working in corporate (at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Polaris) and consulting (at Innovation Spark Asia), and has a focus on developing a commercial mindset among people and achieving strong balance sheet performance. In his previous roles, Ravi managed strategic deliveries for Polaris' clients, including Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, and was the business head responsible for leading multiple retail, corporate, and investment banking platforms at RBS, where he also worked on M&A transitions and integrations and mentored and coached cross-platform teams.
Ravi enjoys working with leaders and managers across various industry segments in purpose-led ecosystems.
Namit Barija
Design Thinking Expert
Namit Bharija is a Design Thinking Expert and Business Innovation Trainer, certified by the prestigious The Stanford Business School, California. He has conducted over 3000 hours of trainings and facilitations in Design Thinking and Innovation across various industries in the last 5 years, with an average NPS of 75/100, which is equivalent to global best standards.
His workshops are a perfect blend of activity, learning and application, which ensures a good ROI. Some of his notable training projects are with PepsiCo (IT team), Nabler, Microfocus, Allstate Insurance, Taj Hotels, NIIT, Hyundai, TATA Communications, RBL Bank, Airtel, Mankind to name a few.
Namit is also a Design Thinking consultant with EY, IID (Ministry of MSME, Govt of India) and Pusa Krishi (ICAR-IARI), providing high engagement workshops and mentorship sessions. He has also been invited to speak on Design Thinking and User Empathy by the CII Gujarat in Feb 2022.
Namit has been very active providing hands on sessions to business students at prestigious institutions like The Masters Union and FORE School of Management, specialising in integration of Design Thinking with Product Management tools and methods. He is trained by the Dale Carnegie Trainings and The Indian Academy for Training and Development, to conduct high energy sessions, and enabling impactful learning by the participants.
