A top insurance provider in Southeast Asia identified a problem of undelivered Policy Acknowledgement Receipts (PARs) which was causing financial, reputation, and compliance risks as well as poor customer experience. Through research, the company found that clients were confused about the differences between bank and insurance products. The company then implemented solutions such as developing a clearer product brochure, training bank staff, and implementing follow-up processes to increase awareness of insurance products and improve customer experience.
